It is always fun getting out of the east Tennessee winter at the end of February, or the first of March, and end up at Daytona Beach, Florida in t-shirt weather. Something Ghost Riders Leather has done since 1989, and love doing it. Ghost Riders Leather arrived at the Jam-On Swap Meet, located at the Daytona Flea Market, around 7 PM Wednesday. The Jam-On staff had already gone home for the night. Another vendor was set up in my spaces. Nothing to do but wait for morning and get some rest. Long drive from Johnson City, TN.
The next morning early, the Jam-On crew arrived. Paul Jackson apologized for the mess up and made things right by putting our display up front on isle one. Thanks Paul
The Jam-On Swap Meet was completely full of vendors two days before the show even opened. We were so lucky to get a display area. The swap meet was loaded with parts vendors.
The Jam-On Swap Meet is famous around the world for having the most parts vendors at Daytona Bike Week.
Any part a biker could ever dream of for his scoot can be found somewhere on the grounds of the Jam-On Swap Meet.
Leaving the cold and snow behind in the mountains of east Tennessee we put up our display in 84 degrees t-shirt weather. What a big difference 1200 miles south makes.
You know what they say. "One man's junk is another man's treasure." What a treasure chest.
The opportunity to save big bucks on needed parts were staggering.
There were great deals on road ready motorcycles. Riders with cash were all that was needed.
Parts, parts and more parts. A bike builders dreams come true.
Paul Jackson, and Jam-On staff, make sure vendor set up runs smoothly.
More road worthy bikes for those with money to spend.
